BI Analyst – Ingenious SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Convert intricate project data into engaging insights via dashboards and reports.

• Collaborate with the PMO Director, Projects Leadership, and clients to produce regular and on-demand reports.

• Create performance dashboards and compliance reports with an emphasis on automation.

• Ensure the accuracy of data before the distribution of reports and presentations.

• Utilize native Excel functionalities to develop solutions and identify ways to optimize reporting processes.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Ingenious reporting capabilities.

• Design, create, and sustain interactive dashboards and data visualizations.

• Foster and maintain trustworthy relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence development, particularly in reporting and dashboard creation.

• Previous experience with Ingenious is mandatory.

• Must possess a permanent unrestricted right to work in the United States.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.

• Proficient relationship management and collaborative skills.

• Advanced expertise in native Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis.
