This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Foster secure business partnerships and relationships with key clients, consultants, groups, organizations, and teams.
• Bring a positive demeanor to the workplace and represent K2M Design in an enthusiastic and professional fashion while on-site at a client's facility.
• Refrain from posting project workloads on any social media platforms, as most project work is confidential.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader, K2M Project Manager, and, if necessary, the Director for all project-related tasks.
• Review and gain a comprehensive understanding of condition assessment practices and procedures.
• Attend all departmental meetings and follow up on decisions that may impact efficient work practices.
• Consult with the Team Leader to provide technical guidance and resolve issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform minimal drafting work as needed on projects to meet client expectations.
• Experience in electrical construction, project management, and troubleshooting is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Electrical license is preferred, though not required.
• Ability to identify or learn to recognize NEC code issues.
• Proficient in using computer programs such as MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Must be able to identify or learn to identify various architectural elements and MEP systems beyond the electrical trade, including structural elements, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.
• Clean driver's license, with no DUI or serious infractions.
• Capability to climb ladders and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to different locations for varying periods of time for site surveys, consultant coordination, construction administration, etc.
• Responsible for the maintenance, storage, and transportation of all K2M-provided tools and PPE to the job site.
• 60-80% of work time is dedicated to traveling, either independently or as part of a team.
