This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take the lead in delivering Power Platform development projects, ensuring that reports and applications requested by the business are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey project direction, synchronize priorities, and ensure that DevOps solutions adapt to the changing needs of the business.
• Collect and assess requirements from stakeholders throughout the organization and design tailored technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions, applying best practices for security, standardization, and documentation.
• Demonstrate completed solutions to key stakeholders and business leaders to facilitate adoption and inform decision-making.
• Conduct code and application review sessions, providing continual feedback to guarantee the quality and maintainability of solutions.
• Offer technical support to internal customers and stakeholders for implemented solutions.
• Investigate, assess, and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve DevOps capabilities and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent Microsoft certifications in relevant areas.
• A minimum of 3+ years of practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• At least 1+ year of experience in API development using scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Proficiency in web development languages, particularly JavaScript, is highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Azure is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
