This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain Power Automate workflows for identifying tasks driven by inbox activity, routing action items, managing multi-step approvals, and handling exceptions.
• Automate the detection, ingestion, and periodic summarization of documents into SharePoint to facilitate centralized knowledge management.
• Design and set up SharePoint as a centralized hub for document retention, meeting records, briefs, and institutional knowledge.
• Create intake tools using Microsoft Forms or Canvas Apps for the standardized capture and routing of meeting requests and action items.
• Design and develop Canvas Apps that offer custom, user-friendly experiences with guided workflows and integrated automation, replacing traditional form-based tools.
• Connect Canvas Apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party data sources through connectors and custom APIs.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), row-level security, and table permissions.
• Configure AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI capabilities to enhance predictive task modeling, document summarization, and AI-assisted meeting documentation.
• Assist in the integration of Power BI dashboards to provide executives with visibility into operational metrics and sprint progress.
• Modernize front office processes that are manual, email-based, and document-driven through targeted automation efforts.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, milestone reviews, and retrospectives within an agile delivery framework.
• Collaborate with the Business Systems Analyst to convert business requirements and current-state process documentation into tasks ready for development in sprints.
• Ensure that all solutions function within the customer's approved technology environment, minimizing risks associated with security, accreditation, and sustainment.
• A minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• US Citizenship is mandatory.
• A US equivalent Bachelor's degree is required.
• Hands-on experience in building Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and end-to-end Power Automate workflows, including intake, routing, approval, and notification patterns.
• Experience in configuring SharePoint as a structured document repository, including metadata, libraries, and permissions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Forms and its integration with Power Automate for intake and routing purposes.
• Ability to create polished, production-ready UI/UX for non-technical executives and front office personnel.
• Proven ability to work efficiently within an agile sprint model, including participating in planning, reviews, and iterative delivery processes.
• Capacity to collaborate directly with stakeholders, which includes gathering requirements, conducting demos, and participating in milestone reviews.
