This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Contribute to ongoing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives by assisting with configurations and customizations.
• Provide, manage, and deliver continuous application support for the platform, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and excellence in service.
• Responsible for resolving issues and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze system functionalities and review both functional and technical specifications.
• Comprehend incoming incidents, replicate them in UAT / QA / Sandbox environments to facilitate fix verification.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure adherence to best practices and a quality approach in customer software support.
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service delivery.
• Expected to engage in work-related training and learning to obtain relevant Microsoft Certifications in the Power Platform.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Proven industry experience in software support environments.
• Proficiency in a .NET programming language, preferably C#.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including MS PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Data, UI, Logic, Data Verse, and Visualizations.
• Strong capability to manage multiple client relationships concurrently.
• Extensive experience in customer engagement and delivery.
• Knowledge of Azure / Cloud concepts.
• Familiarity with the ITIL Framework.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and communicate effectively with users at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation.
• Capability to function effectively as part of a team.
• Resilience, customer-centricity, and strong decision-making skills are essential.
• A strong desire and aptitude for learning new platforms and technologies.
• Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Experience in managed services / SLA-based support.
• Knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Any relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with SharePoint 365.
• A relevant third-level qualification in Business or IT is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Formal management or leadership training is a plus.
• Relevant technical accreditations are highly desirable.
