Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Dashboard Design: Develop intuitive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards featuring a clean and modern user interface.

• Data Modeling: Construct and manage data models, including establishing relationships, creating DAX measures, and defining hierarchies.

• Data Transformation: Refine and transform raw data using Power Query / M to ensure accurate reporting.

• KPI Visualization: Work in collaboration with teams to define and illustrate core KPIs and financial metrics.

• Performance Optimization: Implement best practices to enhance model structure and report performance.

• Report Deployment: Assist in embedding or publishing reports across various client environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Power BI Experience: 2–3 years of practical experience in Power BI development, encompassing both frontend and data modeling.

• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query/M, and best practices for data visualization.

• Design Sensibility: A clean and structured design approach that prioritizes clarity and usability.

• Language: Proficient in English — both written and spoken.

• Work Style: Dependable and independent working style with a strong passion for clean data and design.

• Desirable (but not mandatory): A good understanding of financial and operational data structures.

• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python.
