Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and design Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Build semantic models and perform DAX calculations.

• Investigate data inconsistencies, resolve reporting challenges, and ensure the accuracy of metrics across reports and source systems.

• Implement best practices in reporting and visualization to enhance usability, consistency, and business acceptance.

• Enhance Power BI datasets, semantic models, DAX calculations, visuals, and overall report performance.

• Work closely with data engineering teams to guarantee that reporting needs are adequately addressed.

• Establish governance, security, and documentation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in Power BI development.

• Proficient in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

• Advanced skills in DAX.

• Strong SQL abilities with a knack for analyzing, validating, and troubleshooting underlying data.

• Experience in identifying and rectifying data quality and reporting inconsistencies.

• Background in optimizing Power BI models and visualizations for both performance and scalability.
