Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI to facilitate informed business decision-making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable Power BI solutions.

• Construct and enhance data models and DAX calculations to improve performance, usability, and scalability.

• Create Power Query (M) transformations to clean, shape, and integrate data from various sources.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across reports and datasets.

• Develop drill-through capabilities, KPIs, and dynamic visualizations to provide actionable insights.

• Offer ad hoc analyses and self-service reporting tools for business teams.

• Document dashboards, data sources, and report logic to ensure transparency and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.

• Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and best practices for data modeling.

• Strong grasp of data visualization principles and the capability to design intuitive, insightful dashboards.

• Experience in integrating SQL databases, APIs, and other data sources into Power BI.

• Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable results.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at handling large, complex datasets.
