Power BI Data Analyst, Contractor

• Performance enhancement: In-depth knowledge of DAX, Dataflows, partitioning, and extensive data modeling ensures high-performance reporting and minimized load times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Power BI development, including the creation of reports and dashboards.

• Advanced expertise in Power BI Desktop: complex data modeling, advanced DAX, M language, and Dataflows.

• Significant experience with Power BI Service: workspace administration, deployment pipelines, and data security (RLS/OLS).

• Demonstrated experience with large-scale models, employing incremental refresh, partitioning, aggregations, and performance optimization.

• Involvement in dashboard reengineering initiatives, emphasizing storytelling and usability.

• Advanced SQL skills and integration with various data sources, particularly Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric / Direct Lake is preferred.
