Power BI Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Delivers Systems Administration support for a company, functional unit, or business line.

• Manages development, testing, and production servers, which includes reloading, re-imaging, and diagnosing issues.

• Installs, removes, and upgrades software packages on test, development, and production servers.

• Conducts daily monitoring of network systems, proactively taking measures to maintain functionality, connectivity, and load balancing.

• Diagnoses issues within systems and host environments, identifying and addressing faults, inconsistencies, and systemic problems.

• Assesses, recommends, and implements solutions to guarantee systems functionality and compliance with company standards.

• Generates network and systems evaluation and operational reports.

• Updates system records to ensure maintenance of precise information.

• Ensures that computer programs utilized by the company are appropriately licensed, comply with company standards, and are operationally effective.

• Supports system users by developing instructional how-to guides and providing technical information and training.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must live within the Eastern Time Zone.

• Must be eligible for any necessary authorizations from the U.S. Government for export-controlled commodities and technology.
