Post Closing Recording Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Delivers escrow services for both residential and commercial transactions, including resale, new construction, refinancing, relocation, and timeshare dealings.

• Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by performing a variety of administrative and support tasks that aid in the escrow processes within a production center.

• Oversees the final review and timely submission of all title documents for recording with the County Recorder's Office.

• Provides administrative assistance in preparing loan packages for transfer to the financial institution involved in the purchase, which includes auditing documents, depositing funds, recording transactions, and reconciling files.

• Ensures that transactions are recorded in the correct order, coordinates all elements of real estate contract transactions, and guarantees that all parties (Real Estate Agents, Title Company, Lender, Buyer, Seller) receive legal documents and forms promptly.

• Distributes closing and collateral documents and tracks post-closing escrow items to confirm that files are closed correctly and all funds are allocated appropriately.

• Adheres to established procedures and guidelines.

• Understands the relationship of assigned tasks to the overall team functions and how the team collaborates with related departments.

• Influences the quality of support provided to the team.

• Identifies and addresses standard problems; selects solutions from predefined options.

• Communicates moderately complex information during routine situations, primarily within the team.

• Operates under general supervision with limited flexibility to adjust approach; serves as an individual contributor without supervisory duties; manages personal workload effectively.

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Typically requires over 3 years of relevant work experience.
