This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of the Bond Post Closing team.

• Ensure effective management of the pipeline, optimize workflows, and guarantee timely completion of all deliverables.

• Conduct initial reviews of escalated files.

• Review and balance the allocation of team loan assignments and workload.

• Provide performance coaching and development to employees during one-on-one meetings.

• Document and maintain precise records of one-on-one meetings.

• Aid in the onboarding and training of both new and existing employees.

• Monitor staff productivity and adherence to service level agreements.

• Implement enhancements to the bond loan process, including submitting a minimum of two suggestions monthly.

• Analyze production and processes to identify trends for the Bond Post Closing Manager.

• Generate daily investor reports and load balance files as required.

• Support the tasks and responsibilities of the Bond Post Closing Team.

• Assist with quality control reporting.

• Clarify investor requirements for rectifying applicable defects.

• Track daily investor condition reports.

• Oversee the aging of warehouse-line loans and provide advice on potential curtailment risks.

• Monitor the pipeline to ensure that shipped loans are conditioned or purchased in a timely manner.

• Provide status updates on assigned loans to the Post Closing Management Team.

• Ensure adherence to investor guidelines and prevent suspense fees.

• Review and authorize team check requests.

• Ensure that monthly purchased loan targets are achieved.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• 4+ years of experience in a Post Closing role; bond loan experience is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Senior Post Closing position.

• Familiarity with various loan programs and managing investor conditions and exceptions.

• Experience with Encompass is preferred.

• Advanced understanding of regulatory rules and regulations.

• Advanced knowledge of agency and investor guidelines and overlays.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong customer service skills with both internal employees and external vendors.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within established deadlines.

• Capability to make independent decisions.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
