This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage post-auction negotiations: Facilitate effective post-auction agreements between buyers and sellers, while maximizing conversion rates and profitability.
• Achieve commercial results: Regularly meet monthly targets for deal volume, margins, and fee discipline.
• Sustain deal momentum: Advance opportunities swiftly and proactively to ensure quick closing times and reduce drop-off rates.
• Cultivate trusted relationships: Develop credibility and rapport with buyers, sellers, collectors, and dealers across diverse markets.
• Assist international clients: Provide an outstanding customer experience for both English and French-speaking audiences.
• Offer valuation expertise: Utilize strong market insights to aid in vehicle valuations, reserve pricing discussions, and negotiation strategies.
• Identify matching opportunities: Build and sustain a network of buyers and sellers to proactively link customers with suitable vehicles.
• Ensure operational precision: Maintain meticulous attention to detail across deal terms, documentation, communications, and CRM updates.
• Collaborate across functions: Partner closely with auctions, customer support, and commercial teams to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
• Share market insights: Provide customer feedback, pricing trends, and competitive intelligence to enhance auction performance and strategy.
• Robust automotive knowledge: Profound understanding of classic and/or performance vehicles, including market trends and valuations.
• Exceptional negotiation skills: Demonstrated ability to influence results while balancing customer experience with commercial performance.
• Fluent English communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluent French communication: Professional proficiency in French is essential.
• Relationship-building skills: Experience in quickly establishing trust with customers, clients, or stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness: Excellent business judgment with a track record of balancing revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Proactive approach: Ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum across multiple deals.
• High attention to detail: Consistently accurate and organized in fast-paced operational settings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems: Experience in managing pipelines, customer communications, and reporting within CRM or sales platforms.
