This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals regarding the safe and effective application of Solventum products.

• Offer outpatient bedside assistance for product placement and dressing changes.

• Drive business growth in alignment with sales objectives through effective account and territory management.

• Recognize and address the financial and clinical priorities of customers.

• Train clinicians on the use of products, including providing in-service education.

• Work alongside prescribers to initiate therapy orders and ensure proper billing documentation.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.

• Utilize clinical and economic evidence to enhance therapy adoption.

• Encourage stakeholders to advocate for recommended solutions and products.

• Deliver customer support and service.

• Utilize company software for planning, pipeline management, and tracking utilization.

• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Must utilize a personal vehicle for company-related business and participate in Solventum’s FAVR program.

• Successful pre-hire motor vehicle record review and ongoing compliance with Solventum’s driver policy and insurance requirements.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and targets.

• Previous experience in wound care, medical device, or DME sales/clinical roles.

• Ability to develop customer relationships with key influencers.

• Experience in territory management and strategic business planning.

• Familiarity with clinical value drivers across various care areas.

• Understanding of the U.S. health insurance and reimbursement landscape.

• Experience in customer-focused selling and closing techniques.

• Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles.

• Completion of a formal sales training program.

• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.

• Background in new product launches and value analysis.

• Strong data and analytical capabilities.
