This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Regularly engaging with clinicians regarding the safe and effective application of Solventum products.

• Offering outpatient bedside assistance for product placement and dressing modifications to ensure optimal therapy utilization.

• Driving sustainable business growth in alignment with sales objectives through effective account and territory management.

• Recognizing and addressing customer financial and clinical needs.

• Informing clinicians about the safe and effective use of Solventum products, including conducting in-service training.

• Collaborating with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and gather necessary billing documentation.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.

• Utilizing clinical and economic evidence to promote therapy adoption, including advanced solutions and new product launches.

• Convincing key stakeholders to support proposed solutions and products.

• Offering customer support and service.

• Showcasing proficiency upon successful completion of the sales training program.

• Utilizing company software for planning, pipeline management, and tracking utilization.

• Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Valid and current Driver’s License.

• Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and targets.

• Previous experience in wound care, medical device, or DME sales/clinical roles.

• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships with key influencers (e.g., surgeons).

• Established experience in territory management and business planning.

• Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across various care areas.

• Familiarity with the U.S. health insurance and reimbursement landscape.

• Customer-focused selling and closing skills.

• Experience in navigating complex sales cycles.

• Completion of a formal sales training program.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Expertise in managing new product introductions and the value analysis process.

• Excellent data and analytical capabilities.
