Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on the safe and effective application of Solventum products

• Offer outpatient bedside assistance for product placement and dressing modifications

• Drive business expansion by achieving sales objectives through account and territory management

• Identify and address customer financial and clinical needs

• Train clinicians on the safe and effective usage of products, including inservicing

• Partner with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and ensure the necessary billing documentation is secured

• Establish and nurture relationships with essential clinical and economic stakeholders

• Utilize clinical and economic evidence to advocate for therapy adoption, advanced solutions, and the introduction of new products

• Convince key stakeholders to support proposed solutions and products

• Provide ongoing customer support and service

• Exhibit proficiency following the successful completion of sales training

• Utilize company software for planning, pipeline management, and monitoring usage

• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

• Current, valid Driver’s License

• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review

• Maintain ongoing eligibility in accordance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status

• May need to possess facility-specific licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications for entry
