This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Deliver strategic talent intelligence and oversee intricate sourcing initiatives on a global scale.
• Discover and engage with executive-level talent worldwide, evaluating their backgrounds, motivations, and fit with our mission and values.
• Produce high-quality, actionable insights, such as talent availability and competitive market dynamics, to guide search strategies.
• Conduct 'silent mapping' exercises and gather intelligence on candidate markets, industries, competitors, and movement trends.
• Collaborate closely with Executive Search Advisors, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to synchronize search progress and market realities.
• Create and nurture talent communities for essential leadership positions, emphasizing future-ready and diverse capabilities.
• Uphold high standards in documentation, regulations, systems, and AI technology.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR/Talent Acquisition.
• At least 5 years dedicated to executive search, talent intelligence, or leadership research.
• An academic degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• A proven track record of leading sourcing efforts for complex, global, and succession-critical leadership roles.
• Proficiency in synthesizing market dynamics and competitive insights into evidence-based recommendations for senior leadership.
• Extensive experience with advanced Talent Acquisition systems and tools.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and experience engaging with senior leaders.
