This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide analytical and tactical assistance to the designated RMS team to enhance hotel satisfaction and ensure effective revenue management services.
• Manage and implement a range of specific revenue management-related projects and processes aimed at supporting targeted revenue growth for the hotels serviced by the Revenue Management Services department.
• Serve as hotel support coverage in the absence of the Portfolio Revenue Manager(s) as required.
• Conduct data analysis and offer strategic support for key assets contracted under the Revenue Management for Hire (RMH) service model.
• Assist the assigned team during hotel Revenue Management calls as necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of information to help identify trends aimed at enhancing hotel performance.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as needed for hotel support; act as a backup for producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support the assigned team with tactical revenue management responsibilities.
• Develop a recap template for the assigned team on a rotating basis.
• Collaborate with Revenue Managers on assigned teams to provide necessary administrative assistance.
• A degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Typically, 3-5 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or operations.
• Proven strong PC skills, including proficiency in software packages (e.g., Access, SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, Adobe, etc.) as well as web-based applications.
• Demonstrated mathematical skills to ensure accuracy in checking figures.
• Proven effective oral and written communication abilities, with the capacity to draft and compile documents for conveying information to both internal and external customers, or to provide information through written reports or correspondence.
• Proven ability to analyze database information for the purpose of accurately tracking or maintaining data and reporting trends or discrepancies.
• Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of reporting data, alongside the capability to manage multiple assignments and projects accurately.
• Proven problem-solving skills to maintain the daily workflow of office tasks, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple assignments and projects effectively.
• Prior experience in hotel operations is preferred.
