Portfolio Operations Manager, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of destinations, ensuring proper configurations and the attainment of GFS and Great Rides goals.

• Track key metrics via dashboards and alerts, taking action when thresholds are exceeded.

• Gather insights on pricing, competition, and local conditions across various markets and supply structured data to central teams.

• Foster relationships with driver communities, gather feedback, and identify ambassadors.

• Implement incentive programs and engagement campaigns at scale using standardized playbooks.

• Ensure adherence to quality guidelines and promptly flag issues to central teams.

• Work alongside BI and Product teams to automate monitoring and reporting processes.

• Recognize portfolio-wide patterns and trends, escalating issues that require central support.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or marketplace management.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in working with dashboards, data analysis, and exception-based monitoring.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent markets.

• Process-driven mindset with a focus on systematizing and standardizing workflows.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating various teams and markets.

• Comfort with uncertainty and making decisions based on incomplete information.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
