This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Foster positive relationships with manufacturers, vendors, distributors, dealers, and end users through consistent interaction and site visits.

• Manage overdue accounts that require assistance from the field for resolving issues (these activities will be coordinated with the collections team).

• Safeguard company assets through timely actions concerning retail and wholesale collections.

• Create and execute action plans to minimize delinquency and associated risk costs.

• Engage with customers to address overdue accounts.

• Prepare final notices and outline potential consequences.

• Establish payment plans for debtors.

• Continue collection efforts in instances of litigation or bankruptcy.

• Coordinate and/or perform repossessions in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Collaborate with dealers to formulate repayment terms on recourse obligations.

• Conduct and/or arrange field audits as per policy requirements.

• Ensure proper management of off-lot units.

• Oversee the collection of proceeds from sold units.

• Travel-intensive role covering Oregon and Washington.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in collections management.

• Knowledge of business economics, including products, insolvency, and bankruptcy.

• Familiarity with the leasing and finance industry.

• Strong negotiating skills.

• Ability to lift 10 lbs, sit and work at a computer for extended periods, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Must exhibit a high level of attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.

• A driving record that permits operation of a company vehicle.

• Capability to manage and organize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Weekly regional travel is required.
