Portfolio Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the members of the Management Accountant team.

• Generate accurate and timely monthly management accounts.

• Analyze and investigate discrepancies compared to benchmarks.

• Lead initiatives for process and system enhancements.

• Provide support and constructive feedback to business leaders during quarterly strategic evaluations.

• Prepare regular financial statements along with supporting schedules.

• Establish a framework for continuous improvement.

• Collect data and perform analyses to aid business decision-making.

• Assist with acquisition-related activities, including the integration of personnel, systems, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification is required.

• Experience in people management is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and foster a positive culture.

• Strong commercial awareness and financial analysis capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Proficiency in Excel is required.

• Experience in a fast-paced and evolving environment is advantageous.

• Multi-national experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of IFRS is preferred.

• Project management experience is beneficial.

• Experience in the software or high-tech industry is preferred.
