
Portfolio Director – Prevention & Treatment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Formulate and implement the strategic roadmap for the Para/Bios (Prevention) and Vet & Human Pharmaceuticals (Treatment) categories.
• Align category strategies with business goals and market trends throughout the prevention-to-treatment clinic journey.
• Take ownership of category-level P&L performance, including margin management and forecasting accuracy.
• Enhance product mix and portfolio performance for both categories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Pricing, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and pricing models.
• Evaluate customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements to uncover product opportunities.
• Work alongside Strategic Sourcing on vendor performance, supplier discussions, and joint business plans.
• Define Proprietary Brand product specifications, validate early-stage concepts, and launch products to the market.
• Convey category strategy, performance metrics, and key initiatives to senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, category leadership, business development, or supplier management.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, parasiticides/biologics, healthcare, or animal health is highly preferred.
• A proven record of achieving financial results and spearheading strategic initiatives across multiple product categories.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Capability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans across a wide-ranging, dual-category portfolio.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with business analytics tools and AI is a plus.
• Ability to excel in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
