This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the precise and timely input of portfolio company information into the CRM system.
• Gather, standardize, and reconcile periodic reports from portfolio companies.
• Create and sustain internal portfolio reports and dashboards.
• Act as an operational point of contact for portfolio companies.
• Be the initial operational contact for incoming dealflow.
• Assist the investment team throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Continuously enhance the team's operational framework.
• 2–4 years of experience in an operations, analyst, investment support, or FP&A role, preferably within venture capital or private equity.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Practical experience with CRM and dealflow platforms, along with a strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven capacity to create, document, and maintain repeatable processes.
• Capability to work autonomously, take initiative, and function effectively in a remote, global, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of venture/growth-stage investment workflows, portfolio reporting, and valuation concepts (considered an asset).
