• Engage in population health initiatives aimed at fostering medication adherence and preventive care.
• Support efforts to enhance health outcomes and minimize medication-related disparities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, pharmacy laws, and organizational policies.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician program is preferred.
• Certification or licensure as a pharmacy technician in good standing is necessary.
• Texas certification or licensure is required.
• Certification or licensure in the state of residence is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and healthcare systems.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in utilizing pharmacy software and computer systems for data entry and analysis.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
