Polish/English OPI/VRI Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Take detailed notes throughout the conversation.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service during interpretation.

• Assist in communication between clients and individuals with Limited English Proficiency.

• Adhere to the established dress code requirements.

• Experienced remote interpreters.

• Familiarity with healthcare and medical terminology.

• Must meet the technical specifications for remote work.

• A noise-cancelling, wired headset equipped with a built-in microphone.

• A high-speed internet connection is essential.

• Fluency in both Polish and English.
