📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Enable effective communication between speakers of English and non-English languages during calls.

• Provide exclusive services across various fields and industries, ensuring transparency throughout the conversation.

• Utilize a wired headset with noise-cancellation and a built-in microphone (no wireless or Bluetooth headphones).

⛳️ Requirements

• Always be ready to take notes during a call.

• Have a strong understanding of the specific terminology relevant to the industry in which the interpreter operates, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, without adding, omitting, or substituting any information.

• Deliver the highest level of customer service during interpretation.

• Assist in communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to established standards of practice.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Be motivated to acquire new professional certifications.

• Follow dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
