This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess, choose, and process police reports related to auto accident damage claims.
• Confirm the accuracy of claims information.
• Address requests for information from claims adjustors.
• Input claim data into CMR’s specialized software applications through data entry.
• Interact with others in a polite and professional manner.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in clerical or data entry roles is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Precise data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional skills in data review and processing.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
