Police Reports Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Review, select, and process police reports related to auto accident damage claims.

• Manage utility property and damage claims in accordance with CMR's guidelines and procedures.

• Validate claims information.

• Address information requests from claims adjustors.

• Enter claim data into CMR's customized software applications accurately.

• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers and colleagues.

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Required 1-2 years of clerical or data entry experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
