Podcaster Success Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for podcasters and publishers, assisting them with setup, planning for launch, and achieving initial success.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.

• Develop and enhance support materials—FAQs, guides, and templates—to empower partners with self-service capabilities at scale.

• Convey partner feedback to our product and engineering teams to enhance our tools further.

• Proactively engage with partners to promote tool adoption, increase subscription growth, and minimize churn.

• Support technical implementations, such as aiding publishers in integrating our WordPress plug-in or embedded solutions into their current websites.

• Assist publishers in transitioning their services and subscribers from competing platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, podcast operations, audience development, subscription management, or a related field.

• A strong customer-centric approach—you enjoy problem-solving, handle demanding clients with ease, and take pride in making partners feel supported.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• An analytical mindset: resourceful, inquisitive, and keen to learn.

• Familiarity with common productivity tools (Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, GitHub, Google Sheets).

• A keen interest in leveraging A.I. tools to support the scaling of a rapidly growing company.
