📋 Description

• Facilitates the creation, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of global POCUS educational initiatives and community learning resources.

• Emphasizes operational execution, content organization, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Aids in the development and organization of educational offerings, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of content.

• Oversee daily communications, application processing, data monitoring, and reporting for the PEP program.

• Assist in outreach and promotional activities to engage educational partners.

• Work alongside subject matter experts and marketing teams to keep educational resources updated.

• Gather and evaluate program metrics and prepare summary reports to support decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, healthcare, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in educational program coordination or instructional design, ideally within healthcare or certification environments.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.

• Proficient in digital collaboration tools (Canva, Asana, Miro, LMS platforms).
