PMO Support Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing resources, project timelines, and budget distributions across service delivery and product teams.

• Implement demand-management procedures to ensure the proper intake, prioritization, and monitoring of tasks.

• Deliver training and educational sessions on project-management standards, tools, and methodologies.

• Oversee project governance activities, including status updates, risk management, and decision-making processes.

• Develop data-driven models and dashboards to enhance forecasting, resource allocation, and business decision-making.

• Act as a certified agile coach to facilitate planning, execution, and delivery across the IM-53 portfolio.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project activities are aligned with business objectives and client expectations.

• Aid in adhering to federal project documentation and reporting standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• Proven experience in supporting project or program management activities.

• Familiarity with demand management, resource planning, and budget oversight.

• Capability to educate teams on standard project-management methodologies and tools.

• Strong analytical abilities with the skill to create models and analyze project data.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in federal delivery settings (standard/non-elevated access).
