This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee the project management framework of the Company.
• Provide leadership, integration, and oversight of PMO processes and functions.
• Enhance the consistency and efficiency of the company's deliverables within deadlines.
• Facilitate effective work management necessary to achieve our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Ensure the proper execution of overall efforts.
• Standardize and continuously enhance project management performance, processes, and methodologies.
• Continuously improve the visibility of progress, obstacles, and risks.
• Align business strategies at all levels—top, mid, and low—with project planning and execution.
• Advocate for the organizational redesign and implementation of Tribes and Squads in a matrix structure.
• Over 5 years of experience in relevant roles such as Head of PMO, PMO Leader, and Delivery Director/Manager, particularly with large cross-functional teams.
• Graduate degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Expert-level understanding of project and change management methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches.
• Strongly valued knowledge of Organizational Design and Change Management techniques.
• Proven track record in the enterprise-wide adoption of Agile Methodologies.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance multiple goals and deadlines while maintaining focus on the overall vision.
• Team Leadership & Development: Capable of mentoring, coaching, and effectively sharing expertise with others.
• Facilitation, Negotiation & Problem Resolution Skills: Ability to cultivate strong networks and relationships at executive levels.
• Detail-oriented self-starter, exceptional listener, and proficient communicator.
• Highly organized and mature problem-solver with a strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of marketing concepts.
