PMO Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develops and executes intricate project definitions, timelines, budgets, and goals.

• Assesses the necessity and implications of changes in the project's scope.

• Secures agreement, approval, and consensus from stakeholders.

• Identifies and allocates suitable resources for project staffing.

• Coordinates project team members to ensure effective communication and clarity.

• Serves as the primary liaison with client project management.

• Oversees project deliverables to manage costs, timelines, and quality.

• Formulates, proposes, and implements strategies for risk mitigation.

• Engages in proposal initiatives and sales discussions.

• Experience in portfolio management.

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

• Knowledge of risk management, including architectural and release dependencies.

• Familiarity with project methodology.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including release cycles.

• Skills in stakeholder engagement, particularly collaborating with technical architects.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring.

• Proven leadership experience with direct reports.
