PMO Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop, submit, and oversee purchase requisitions; manage the entire lifecycle of purchase orders.

• Address any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices through collaboration with vendors.

• Work closely with Buyers, Project Teams, PO Processing, and Accounts Payable to guarantee timely delivery of goods and prompt invoice payments.

• Extract, evaluate, and submit extensive monthly invoices; conduct monthly payment reconciliations.

• Assist in cost tracking, spend monitoring, and procurement forecasting to ensure financial alignment.

• Identify trends and assist in financial reporting for leadership teams.

• Contribute to program dashboards, reporting updates, and regular PMO deliverables.

• Aid in monitoring schedules, risks, issues, and project dependencies.

• Play a role in governance compliance initiatives and ensure timely fulfillment of PMO requirements.

• Maintain precise, audit-ready documentation for all procurement processes.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical procurement practices.

• Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar position.

• Proficient in procurement software such as Costpoint, CER, Servicenow, and Microsoft Office Excel.

• High level of accuracy when performing repetitive tasks and managing data.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

• Must be available to be onsite in the Arlington, VA office on a monthly basis.
