PMACS Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create producer profiles in the PMACS system, incorporating relevant license and appointment information to enable producers to sell Lincoln products.

• Operate within a dynamic, high-volume production environment while complying with state and regulatory guidelines.

• Support both internal and external customers by employing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Investigate issues and concerns, providing suggestions for process enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address challenges and navigate intricate scenarios.

• Ensure a superior customer experience is delivered consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or a minimum of an Associate degree in place of the required experience.

• 2–3 years of experience in Client Customer Support and Operations relevant to the responsibilities of this role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to navigate through various systems, databases, platforms, and software.

• Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business needs.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with Producer Solutions Operations and/or PMACS experience is preferred.

• Ability to assess information and the implications of decisions or solutions is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask while maintaining meticulous attention to detail is preferred.
