PM Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, repair, clean, and conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.

• Carry out light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, and lighting maintenance tasks on facilities.

• Record and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs among work teams.

• Review records, reports, operating practices, and documentation to ensure cost-effective preventative repairs.

• Engage in training sessions for both existing and new equipment.

• Initiate, coordinate, and implement maintenance programs, operational policies, and procedures.

• Uphold a safe and healthy work environment while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Enhance professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, professional networks, and associations.

• Achieve Financial and Key Result Area targets in alignment with Company plan guidelines.

• Operate with minimal direction and occasional supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• Alternative combinations of experience and education that fulfill the minimum requirements may be considered.

• 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance field is preferred, with more experience being advantageous.

• 1–2 years of experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurability as a driver are required.

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Highly organized and capable of performing under pressure and meeting deadlines.

• Proficient multitasking abilities.

• Computer literacy in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary.

• Capability to sit for extended periods and operate a computer keyboard and mouse.

• Ability to view a computer monitor and communicate via telephone.

• Physical ability to reach forward and/or overhead.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.

• Ability to crouch, crawl, push, pull, bend, stoop, and/or reach as needed.

• Capability to carry, erect, and climb ladders.

• Function effectively with minimal direction and periodic supervision.
