This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the Lead Architect on a variety of small to large PLM transformation initiatives or workstreams.
• Direct projects by utilizing the internal Maya team along with customer and partner expertise.
• Analyze captured characteristics and Business Use Cases to pinpoint standard solution templates and architectural methodologies essential for the solution definition, ensuring accuracy and highlighting any templates that may need to be developed.
• Identify necessary process changes and assist customers in driving Organizational Change.
• Define and review design specifications, handing them over to the project team while engaging throughout the build and testing stages to maintain the integrity of the architectural solution and resolve escalated technical issues as they arise.
• Ensure the overall conceptual completeness of the solution as architected.
• Coordinate activities related to architecture implementation and modifications.
• Review, categorize, and prioritize escalated product-related issues from PLM consultants, coordinating root cause analysis, defining suitable solution approaches, and communicating them to the customer.
• Act as a mentor to PLM Consultants team members, serving as an architectural authority for PLM solutions tailored to specific industries.
• Stay informed on Solution Architecture practices, maintaining awareness of the latest technical, process, and industry trends.
• Establish, cultivate, and sustain effective relationships with technical peers from both internal and external customers, while also building new connections through networking within the customer and other involved parties to facilitate effective delivery.
• Support Sales initiatives and the bidding process, navigating complex solution options for PLM strategy and roadmap.
• Bachelor's degree or substantial experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management.
• At least 5 years of experience as a solution architect or in a similar role delivering complex PLM software solutions or products.
• Familiarity with IT, CAD, and CAM.
• Experience in environments related to Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ownership, communication abilities, and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
• Ability to work with USA ITAR materials is required.
