This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage ‘Calls for Help’ received from the community we support.

• Gain familiarity with the games we support in order to address player inquiries effectively.

• Keep updated with workflow, policy, and gameplay modifications.

• Utilize ticketing and social media platforms for communication.

• Develop innovative solutions to everyday challenges.

• Aid in reporting by maintaining data on forms or spreadsheets.

• Assist managers with various ad-hoc tasks.

• Achieve key performance indicators, including productivity, quality, and player satisfaction.

• Uphold community standards and ensure fair treatment of players.

• Identify and report issues and trends observed in the game.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or professional-level Spanish proficiency with outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and operate independently with minimal oversight.

• Familiarity with gaming-related social media platforms, including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.

• A strong passion for video games.

• CV must be submitted in English.
