This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Handle 'Calls for Help' received from the community we support.

• Familiarize yourself with the games being supported to effectively resolve player concerns.

• Keep informed about updates in workflow, policies, and gameplay changes.

• Utilize ticketing systems and social media platforms.

• Develop creative solutions for daily challenges.

• Assist in reporting by tracking data through forms or spreadsheets.

• Provide support to managers with various tasks as needed.

• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.

• Uphold community guidelines and ensure fair treatment for all players within the game environment.

• Report on game-related issues and trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or professional-level proficiency in Spanish, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• In-depth knowledge of gaming-related social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.

• A genuine passion for video games.

• CV must be submitted in English.
