This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Handle ‘Calls for Help’ from the community we support.

• Familiarize yourself with the games we support to address player inquiries.

• Keep current with workflow, policies, and updates in gameplay.

• Utilize ticketing systems and social media platforms.

• Develop innovative solutions for everyday challenges.

• Aid in reporting by monitoring data on forms or spreadsheets.

• Assist managers with various tasks as needed.

• Achieve KPIs related to productivity, quality, and player satisfaction.

• Uphold community guidelines and treat players equitably.

• Identify and report any issues or trends within the game.

• Collaborate with game developers and publishers worldwide.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or professional-level Spanish with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Google Workspace.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously with little supervision.

• Familiarity with gaming-related social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.

• A genuine passion for video games.

• Resume must be submitted in English.
