This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Handling ‘Calls for Help’ from the community you are assisting.
• Gaining familiarity with the games you support to effectively address these ‘Calls for Help’.
• Staying informed about updates in workflows, policies, and gameplay.
• Developing proficiency in utilizing various ticketing and social media platforms.
• Thinking creatively to find solutions to daily challenges.
• Aiding in reporting by tracking data on a form or spreadsheet.
• Assisting your managers with various ad-hoc tasks.
• Achieving Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.
• Upholding community rules and ensuring fair treatment for all players within the game.
• Reporting any issues or trends observed in the game.
• A native level of English with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Strong capability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Extensive knowledge of gaming-related social media platforms, including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.
• Motivated by a passion for video games.
