β’ Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with top-tier players by delivering exceptional services and fostering player loyalty.
β’ Propel essential VIP sales metrics, enhancing customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
β’ Adhere to all VIP policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with responsible gaming regulations.
β’ Gather and assess data to uncover trends that optimize player performance.
β’ Proactively provide solution-oriented suggestions to improve the customer experience.
β’ Engage in the escalation process, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure prompt resolutions.
β’ A bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing sectors.
β’ A strong enthusiasm for enhancing the player experience, along with problem-solving skills and a commitment to fostering positivity within the team.
β’ Proven track record of identifying and executing strategies that boost operational efficiency.
β’ Familiarity with methods to increase revenue and manage expenses effectively.
β’ Must be able to secure and maintain necessary State Gaming Licenses.
