This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with VIP players by providing tailored service and encouraging long-term loyalty.
• Enhance customer engagement, market presence, and net revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality VIP experience across all customer interactions.
• Implement VIP policies and procedures, including responsible gaming standards and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Assess player activity and performance trends to pinpoint opportunities that boost engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Actively propose solutions and improvements that enhance the player experience and bolster customer satisfaction.
• Address escalated customer issues and work in partnership with internal stakeholders to provide timely and effective resolutions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing sectors.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, particularly with high-value or VIP clientele.
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving complex challenges with a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, implement enhancements, and support operational efficiency.
• Robust analytical skills with the capability to interpret customer data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with revenue-generating strategies and experience in balancing customer satisfaction with business goals.
• Capability to secure and maintain all necessary State Gaming Licenses.
