• Proficient in creating playable ads or developing Unity projects, optimized for playable use.

• Experience in producing playable ads using Unity (Luna), Cocos Creator, or other relevant platforms.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and web game development.

• Strong problem diagnosis skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position.

• Well-acquainted with the mobile gaming market, particularly hyper-casual and casual games.

• A creative mindset with knowledge of game design principles.

• A keen interest in Paper.io 2, including its gameplay dynamics, target audience, and creative possibilities.

• Familiarity with third-party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games is preferred, but not required.
