Platform Specialist – iOS, Android, Windows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support, maintenance, and optimization for applications on iOS, Android, or Windows platforms.

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve application issues specific to each platform.

• Work collaboratively with development and QA teams to implement new features and improvements.

• Aid in the application deployment processes through the App Store, Google Play, or Windows Store.

• Assist with initiatives related to enterprise mobile device management (MDM) and application security.

• Engage in testing, performance tuning, and updates for platforms.

• Offer technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

• Document solutions, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in supporting application development or platform engineering.

• Proficient in one or more of the following environments: iOS (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, iOS SDK), Android (Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Android SDK), or Windows (C#, .NET, Visual Studio).

• Experience in developing, testing, and supporting applications at the enterprise scale.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Bitrise.

• Understanding of application deployment processes and release management.

• Basic knowledge of MDM solutions and enterprise mobility technologies.

• Experience in Agile environments using Jira or similar collaboration tools.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or government-required clearance, if necessary.
