📋 Description

• Oversee the technical strategy for global OutSystems configurations across multiple environments

• Establish security and data residency standards for AI agents functioning within the OutSystems platform

• Spearhead the shift from manual platform upkeep to Autonomous Platform Engineering

• Create the 'Platform Workbench' to streamline routine administrative tasks

• Provide field-tested requirements to impact the OutSystems Product Management team

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in IT Operations

• Expertise in AIOps frameworks, private LLM hosting, and secure AI gateway administration

• 8+ years of experience in platform-level technical leadership

• Certifications: OutSystems Expert; Advanced Security/Cloud Architecture credentials
