This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Delivering technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support during the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its associated applications.
• Aiding customers in operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform.
• Diagnosing customer issues across a range of enterprise sizes, from small to large.
• Utilizing and engineering both native and third-party software deployment technologies.
• Creating scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Engaging in customer project planning and status updates.
• Collaborating closely with customer information technology teams.
• Leveraging CrowdStrike applications, such as Exposure Management, to support customers in vulnerability and asset management.
• Assisting clients with the integration of CrowdStrike into their existing tools.
• Supporting both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with the deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors.
• Working collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing materials.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment.
• Fundamental understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
• Proven experience in communication and an effective ability to cultivate collaborative relationships.
• Experience in presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
• Background in computer and network systems security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to identify solutions to complex and unusual issues.
• Proactive approach with a thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects.
