• Create and execute Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
• Build custom applications utilizing Apex, Lightning components, and Visualforce.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce core platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and API development for Salesforce platforms.
• Offer technical direction on best practices for the Salesforce platform.
• Document configurations and provide training to users on the Salesforce solutions implemented.
• Maintain a valid Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certification.
• Create and manage email campaigns, journeys, and automations within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Develop and manage audiences and segments for focused marketing initiatives.
• Design, build, configure, and test emails, ensuring dynamic content and responsive design.
• Build, configure, and test journeys and automations according to business requirements.
• Conduct Discovery workshops with clients regarding Marketing initiatives to determine business requirements.
• Manage data uploads, segmentation, and data management/architecture within the platform.
• Monitor and assess campaign performance, producing reports and insights.
• Display proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, and related technologies.
• Configure Marketing Cloud Connect for seamless integration between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce platform configuration.
• Demonstrated experience with the setup and administration of Marketing Cloud.
• Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certification.
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Administrator certification is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations relevant to marketing communications.
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification or comparable experience.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including data streams, identity resolution, and unified profile configuration.
• Capability to design and execute real-time segmentation and activation strategies between Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud (or other platforms).
• Proficient in utilizing Data Cloud features such as Calculated Insights and advanced analytics/reporting.
