This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Offer expert advice on the capabilities, customization, and best practices of ServiceNow.
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions in line with client needs.
• Identify and address potential challenges in solutions.
• Support the implementation process and provide technical oversight.
• Ensure that delivery adheres to ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Maintain data consistency and integrity across various platforms.
• Analyze performance and optimize to resolve bottlenecks.
• Design quality assurance plans to ensure technical deliverables meet established standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to uphold project scope and timelines.
• Communicate project updates to practice leadership and clients.
• Assist in deployment registrations to uphold ServiceNow partner status.
• Create security plans and ensure compliance with necessary security requirements.
• Develop architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and lead sessions for knowledge sharing.
• Remain informed about ServiceNow, integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients.
• Mentor and guide ServiceNow professionals while tailoring growth plans.
• Promote collaboration among ICF, ServiceNow, and clients.
• Facilitate collaboration and resolution of issues.
• Create client roadmaps and identify opportunities for ICF services and ServiceNow license sales.
• Present proposed solutions to prospective clients.
• Work with proposal teams on technical proposals and oral presentations.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in implementing at least two of the following: HRSD, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Software/Hardware Asset Management.
• Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance.
• Must be a resident of the U.S.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• All work must be conducted within the U.S.
• Preference for candidates with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications.
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST API, and custom integration scripting.
• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and third-party technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
• Expertise in system architecture and design principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
