This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and ensure the successful implementation and support of ServiceNow engagements.
• Foster business development within the State and Local Government sector.
• Assist in executing the segment strategy.
• Advocate for ServiceNow platform solutions internally across State and Local Government segments.
• Facilitate pre-sales activities, including leading sales calls, proposal creation, and client presentations.
• Support practice leadership in formulating sales strategies to promote practice growth.
• Oversee recruiting efforts to build a team that supports sales growth and ensures high-quality, repeatable engagements.
• Guarantee the quality of overall delivery execution through effective oversight and governance.
• Mentor junior team members on ServiceNow platform best practices, business analysis, and project management.
• Drive revenue across ServiceNow solution offerings, targeting over $2 million in the first year.
• Cultivate relationships and partnerships with segment teams, aligning sales pursuits, resource capacity, capabilities, and industry insights.
• Establish relationships with ServiceNow Account leads and assist in joint sales initiatives.
• Aid in the creation of thought leadership content and marketing materials.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, business drivers, and the evolution of ServiceNow products.
• A minimum of SEVEN (7) years of professional experience.
• At least FIVE (5) years of experience with ServiceNow Applications, including leading large client implementations and support engagements.
• US Citizenship is contractually required for this position.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• In-depth technical knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform; expertise in multiple solution areas.
• Active ServiceNow certifications or the ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hire.
• Strong business development skills and capability to manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in business operations and/or strategic planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with Project Management and Agile Scrum or SAFe delivery standards.
• Active Public Trust/Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain clearance.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
• Agile Scrum or SAFe Agile certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in building a ServiceNow practice area or delivery team is preferred.
• Preferred candidates should be local to the Washington DC area or willing to relocate.
